Branch Hours

Broad Street, Gates, Mt. Hope, and Penfield branches:
Monday- Thursday 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. 

RIT – Global Village branch:
Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

University of Rochester Medical Center branch:
Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Rochester Regional Health branch:
Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Please note: Our RIT, URMC, and RRH branches
DO NOT offer Shared Branching services. 

ATMs

Advantage offers our members access to Allpoint ATM Network, which is America’s largest ATM network. With over 53,000 ATMs, Allpoint is your single source for access coast to coast. Also, due to a continuing agreement with the following credit unions, you will NOT pay any fees to use an ATM owned by:

  • Advantage Federal Credit Union
  • Family First NY FCU
  • Pittsford FCU
  • Reliant Community FCU
  • St. Pius X FCU
  • The Summit FCU

There is NO LIMIT as to how many times you can use these ATMs completely Fee Free!

There is a charge after 5 ATM transactions each month for non-AFCU ATMs.

We have you covered with 27 branches locally and over 5,600 shared branches nationwide!

Visiting a shared branch is easy!

What you can do:

  • Make deposits / withdrawals
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Make loan payments

  • A valid government-issued photo I.D., such as a U.S. Passport or State Driver’s License
